FAQ - Frequently asked questions

Where can I make the reservation and what forms of payment do you accept?

You can make your reservation online or buy your ticket on the day of travel at one of our ticket offices.

ON-LINE:
  • The reservation is assigned to a specific day. You can choose the schedule depending on availability.
  • You will receive a confirmation by email and SMS.

You shall show us the confirmation number (on the screen of your mobile).

Take care of the environment – do not print the reservation

BOX OFFICE:

Payment can be made in cash, but we DO NOT accept €200 and €500 bills

Cards accepted: MasterCard, VISA…

 

IMPORTANT: Keep the ticket until the end of the service. The company is not responsible in case of loss of the ticket.

Are there special prices for children?

Children under 4 years of age have a free ticket and children between 4 and 12 years of age have child rate.

Our staff to verify the age of the children, can request a document that proves it.

Do you have a special rate for groups?

Yes, we have a special rate for groups of more than 20 people. Send us your reservation request by email to info@dofijetboats.com.

Do you have a special rate for residents?

Yes, every Saturday and Sunday only at the box office, the 25% discount is applied to residents of the towns where the company has a jetty. To benefit from the special price, each client must justify registration in one of the towns in the indicated counties.

This offer is not applicable in conjunction with other offers.

What is the duration of the trip, can I make an intermediate stop?

The duration of the trip depends on the route you choose. At the destination you can enjoy free time.

In low season we offer the option of an intermediate stop during the outward journey.

If you are interested, notify our staff at the point of sale. Options will be confirmed.

Please note that the return boat will not necessarily be the same as the one you used for the departure. In our brochure you can find the images of the fleet.

What capacity and services do the boats have?

The Dofi Jet Boats fleet consists of boats with capacity for 140 and 250 passengers. All the boats have submarine vision viewpoints, a bar, a solarium, a stereo and toilets.

Between Lloret and Tossa on almost all trips we make a brief stop with vision underwater. Check the schedules at our points of sale.

The schedules and/or the stops for submarine vision, can be changed without previous notice.

The company is not responsible in case of poor underwater vision.

Is there a smoking area on our ships?

Smoking is prohibited in all spaces of the boats.

Are the boats accessible to wheelchairs and strollers?

Bearing in mind that the walkways on the beaches do not reach our boarding points, access for wheelchairs is difficult. Check at our points of sale the access of each point.

Pushchairs can easily climb the access stairs.

Can we bring our food and drink?

Yes, access is allowed with food such as sandwiches, snacks and drinks not alcoholic.

On board we have a bar with cold drinks and snacks.

What happens in case of bad weather?

Only if the state of the sea does not allow safe navigation or in the event of a breakdown, the service will be canceled and customers will have the option to change the date of the trip.

What happens if I want to cancel my reservation?

Online reservations are not subject to cancellation by the customer.

Can I travel with my pet?

Yes, we are Pets Friendly. Our pet travel policy:

Your pet's trip is free

  • Breeds classified as potentially dangerous are not accepted.
  • The animals must have identification with a microchip.
  • Be tied by means of a necklace and a chain or leash.
  • The animals cannot be taken by children under 16 years of age.
  • They cannot access underwater vision slots.
  • You can not take more than one dog per person. The company has the right to limit the number of dogs on board on a trip.
  • It is mandatory to collect the excrements of the dogs and throw them in the bins. If necessary, pour water where they have urinated.
  • In case of bad weather, if the weather conditions do not allow the return trip by boat, the company will not be responsible for providing the animal with alternative transportation.

Can I bring a bike?

Yes, you can take a bicycle free of charge, prior notice to our offices.

Places are limited, check with the box office.

Are there any admission restrictions?

The captain and crew of it reserve the right of admission:

  • If the person shows signs of drunkenness or her behavior is not appropriate.
  • The entry of any object that is considered dangerous is prohibited.
